Announcement for Certificate Equivalence of Academic Institutes Other than Kuwait University for Registration in Graduate Studies

College of Graduates Studies announces accepting certificates and applications for registration for Graduate Studies at KU for the academic year of 2016/2017, knowing that the registration begins on Sunday 13/9/2015 until Thursday 31/12/2015, certificate equivalence will be done by the specialized committee of the university, no certificate will be accepted after the stated date.
Required Documents:
1- To Whom it May Concern letter, from the Ministry of Higher Education.
2- Certificate and the original transcript certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or an exact certified copy.
3- A colored copy of the certificate and transcript, in correspondence with the original for all courses studied in undergraduate school, including courses transferred between institutions.
4- A copy of all grades of certificates provided for equivalence.
5- The scientific description of all courses studied at the University.
6- A valid Civil ID copy, at least for six months and the original for matching (Kuwaiti and non-Kuwait)
7- A valid Copy of the security card, birth certificate and the mother’s nationality documents for stateless children of Kuwaiti mothers and the original for matching.
Note:
Uncompleted documents will not be collected, the applicants are responsible for unclear copies for they will not be taken into consideration
Please visit College of Graduate Studies to get the letter for the Ministry of Higher Education to obtain To Whom it May Concern letter. Students must also attach the original transcript and a civil ID ( valid for at least for six months).
No certificate will be accepted after the stated date.
