Secretariat General Organized a Training Program on Total Quality Management and Internal Audit

  

Secretariat General of Kuwait University Organized a training program on total quality management and internal audit entitled “Introducing international standards of quality management systems” in coordination with the Development and Training Department.

Mohammed Bajs from Human Investment Company conducted the training program that was dedicated to the departments affiliated to the Secretary General for administrative Affairs that includes Administrative Affairs Department, Public Relations and Information Department , General Services Department, Legal Affairs Department, Administrative Development and Training Department, the Office of Secretary General for administrative Affairs with the participation of 21 employees.
The program that lasted for two days aimed at understanding quality systems and types as well as the principles and benefits of the quality system management, the requirements of the system, the stages of its application and learning the levels of certificate achieving.
Secretary General for Administrative Affairs Yousif Al-Ma’azroui stated that the training program paves the way for the implementation of the strategic plan as to upgrade the services the departments provide.
Noting that ISO quality system is one of the most suitable management systems that can largely bring success, believing that the Secretariat general has selected the appropriate training program, and the appropriate company to conduct it.
Working teams will be formed to reinforce the quality system at all departments.
