\nDevelopment Program with DePaul University
\n\u2022 Training program is the first of its kind in Kuwait for DePaul University<\/p>\n

\u2022 48 of Boubyan Bank\u2019s Aspiring Leaders were selected to attend the Pilot Program in two groups of 24<\/p>\n

On the 8 \u2013 11 May 2016: Gulf University for Science and Technology\u2019s (GUST) Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (PACE) organized the first module of a customized leadership training program for Boubyan Bank employees on its campus. The program, entitled \u201cEmerging Leaders Program\u201d, will help strengthen leadership skills for 48 Aspiring leaders within Boubyan Bank. The program will be led by Dr. Erin Nelson from DePaul University in the United States, and represents its first venture into the Kuwaiti market. The program will touch on key Leadership essentials and will be supported by Business Driven Action Learning.<\/p>\n

General Manager \u2013 Human Resources Group at Boubyan ,Mr. Adel Hammad, said, \u201cWe are delighted that GUST was up to the challenge of finding the best possible training partner to arm our up-and-coming managers with the right skillsets to overcome the obstacles of corporate life, and be able to adapt in our ever-changing market. GUST\u2019s PACE is constantly chosen amongst other entities organize programs for them due to its strong reputation locally for providing high quality training to a number of local organizations, its role as an accredited training center for course like CFA and CMA, and international recognition as a standardized testing center for exams such as IELTS.<\/p>\n

Over the last few years, PACE\u2019s portfolio of public courses has significantly expanded to include GMAT, CMA, CPA exam preparation, Healthcare Management and Quality, and even a Private Pilot\u2019s License Program.<\/p>\n
