You can create an idea through the game, but it requires some important elements that must be taken into account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not use games just for fun and to waste time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To increase credibility, the trainer needs to prepare well in terms of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guidance and instructions required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the likely problems that might occur?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How much time is required?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation for new games and exercises should be taken from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observation during training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarity of the game frame or exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goals of the game or exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procedural steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emphasize that although the game does not represent a real situation, it helps participants focus on real topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Give enough time after the game to discuss the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Features of games and exercises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discussion helps to create realism and attention by trainees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Easy to communicate concept or skill through the game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The power of recall and recall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-boring entertaining training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable for handling trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Game and exercise settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consuming a lot of time and developing it may be expensive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less control by the trainer on the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The competition factor may reduce the focus on the training objective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be treated as toys only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Games and complex exercises may lead to confusion, and the simple may be tedious and unhelpful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Games are one of the most special styles in training as they differ from all other methods in that they require a lot of resources.
