Scientific Poster Day aimed at faculty members, teaching assistants and graduate students<\/span><\/p>\n Poster Day for Humanities & Social Sciences faculties scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2015, and for Scientific faculties on Monday, March 23, 2015<\/span><\/p>\n In continuity of its annual Scientific Poster Day activity, the Research Sector announces the scheduling of the next round of the posters events for the academic year 2014\/15, earmarked for the faculties of humanities & Social Sciences, and the scientific faculties. The events to be held Under the Patronage of Kuwait University President Prof. Abdullatif Al-Bader, will be hosted by the Vice President for Research, Prof. Hasan Al-Sanad, and aim at exhibiting the latest scientific achievements of the faculty members, based on their ongoing and accomplished research. The events scheduling has been finalized, and the researchers are alerted that the Humanities & Social Sciences Scientific Poster Day would be held on Monday, March 16, 2015, and for the Scientific faculties on Monday, March 23, 2015. The scientific posters events are aimed at active participation of faculty members, teaching assistants and graduate students from respective faculties, and the participants are encouraged to display their latest research outputs at the Poster’s platform.<\/span><\/p>\n The preparation for the scientific posters events are progressing, with Prof. Obaid Al-Otaibi, Assistant Vice President, External Collaboration & Consultations, actively coordinating with the humanities and scientific sectors to solicit their active participation in the forthcoming events. The Humanities & Social Sciences event is aimed at the faculties of Arts, Business Administration, Education, Law, Sharia & Islamic Studies, and Social Sciences, and the Scientific Poster’s event would involve the faculties of Engineering & Petroleum, Science, Life Sciences, Computing Sciences & Engineering, and Architecture, as well as KISR, as an external participant.<\/span><\/p>\n The venue for both Scientific Posters events is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Sports Hall, Faculty of Arts, Keifan campus for the Humanities & Social Sciences Poster Day<\/span> The Research Sector looks forward to encouraging participation of faculty members, teaching assistants and graduate students, in the forthcoming Poster events, with the door open for all those interested in displaying their latest research activity at the posters platform.
