Be an inquirer. Make your thinking process explicit. Be an active participant in the learning community.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Don&#8217;t make all the decisions:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allow choice. Encourage students to make decisions about how they learn best. Create opportunities for them to pursue their own interests and practise skills in a variety of ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Talk less:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimise standing out in the middle of the m and lecturing. Arrange the seats so that students can communicate, think together, share ideas by discussing and collaborating.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Don&#8217;t play guess what&#8217;s in my head:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask open ended questions with plenty of possible answers, accept all responses equally.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Ask for feed back :<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get your students to write down what they learn, whether they enjoyed a particular learning experience , what helped them learning, \u00a0what hindered their learningand what might help them next time.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Test less:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Track student&#8217;s development over time .Provide opportunities for applying learning in a variety of ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><b>Encourage goal setting and reflection:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help students to define goals for their learning . Provide opportunities for on-going self-evaluation and reflection.
