GUST’s PACE and Boubyan Bank Successfully Conclude First Leadership Program with DePaul Universit

• 50 of Boubyan Bank’s aspiring leaders were selected to attend the program

28 November 2016 – Kuwait City: Gulf University for Science and Technology’s (GUST) Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (PACE) has successfully concluded the first customized leadership training program for Boubyan Bank employees on its campus.  The program, entitled “Emerging Leaders Program”, helped strengthen the leadership skills of 50 aspiring leaders within Boubyan Bank.

The program was led by Dr. Erin Nelson, Dr. Nezih Altay, and Dr. Charles E. Naquin from DePaul University in the United States, and represents its first venture into the Kuwaiti market.  The program was pitched at a masterclass level. The collaborative synergy between Boubyan Bank, GUST, and DePaul University ensured the delivery of a high quality program in the market.
