GUST and Boubyan Conclude Second Module of Talent Development Program with DePaul University

• Training program is the first of its kind in Kuwait for DePaul University
• 50 of Boubyan Bank’s Aspiring Leaders were selected to attend the Pilot Program in two groups of 24

21 September 2016: Gulf University for Science and Technology’s (GUST) Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (PACE) organized the second module of a customized leadership training program for Boubyan Bank employees on its campus. The program, entitled “Emerging Leaders Program”, will help strengthen leadership skills for 50 aspiring leaders within Boubyan Bank. The program will be led by Dr. Erin Nelson from DePaul University in the United States, and represents its first venture into the Kuwaiti market. The program will touch on key Leadership essentials and will be supported by Business Driven Action Learning.
